    • How do I pair Labelfy to my phone or tablet?
      • The device pairs via the software app NiiMBot, not the native Bluetooth settings on your personal device. However, please make sure you have Bluetooth enabled on your personal device and under the app setting in "My Device", you will have the option to pair the Labelfy Printer.
    • What is your return process?
      • We offer a 14 Day Return Policy. Details can be found HERE. However, if you receive a defective device, please email us at sales@labelfyprinter.com.
    • How do I charge the Label Printer?
      • The device will come with a USB cable. It plugs in to a standard USB adapter or 110V power outlet just like your other electronic devices.
      • Do I need to buy Ink?
        • No. The Label Maker uses Thermal Technology so you don't ever have to worry about buying ink, just keep on printing.
          • How long does it take to arrive?
            • All orders are shipped between 24-48 hours after purchase. Delivery will vary between 2-3 weeks depending on your location but may be sooner. 
            • I didn't receive an instruction manual
              • The instructions should have come with the original packaging, however, please click HERE or email us at info@labelfyprinter.com and we will email you a copy.
